Pastor Vianney Muhwezi (Isaiah 49:5-6 NKJ) was born in late 60's in Western Uganda. He was the third of nine children. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior in 1985 in the country and a year after moved to Kampala, the capital city of Uganda. He joined Miracle Center in 1986 and in 1994 he was appointed Assistant Administrator and later was ordained and sent to pastor one of the outreach ministry churches. He trained with Living Faith World Outreach Bible College, and completed on January 31, 1999.                                                                                                                   

Pastor Vianney with friends ~ later an evangelistic team was initiated, preaching in various parts of the nation, conducting crusades and seminars. As a result many churches have been planted and to date have experienced rapid growth. As a result of his ministerial endeavors to see the planted churches progress, the church head office delegated Pastor Vianney needed. As the chief visionary of this ministry, Pastor Vianney acknowledges that the Lord is Ebenezer, who has brought them this far. It is his sincere honor and gratitude to invite ministers of God from all over the world to come and work with them. Pastor Vianney is married and he and his wife are blessed with four children; two boys and two girls.
